Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they apply to all sales, hire and services provided by Out Of The Blue Events Management. They deal with your rights and obligations to us and ours to you.

Confirmation of Booking

Confirmation must be made by making the required deposit to our account as soon as you know what you require. Normally a $200 deposit is required or for more specific or larger events 50% is required. Please note that this does not essentially mean your booking will be accepted if other bookings are made whilst you are deciding. Our quality services are limited by time restraints and for this reason we are unable to assist everyone.

Office Hours

We believe in personal service so we prefer for our clients to make an appointment. Our showroom hours are 9am - 4pm, Tuesday to Friday and Saturday, by appointment. These hours may vary in peak periods so it is always best to have an appointment.

Event Operational Hours

We are able to provide bump in and out services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payment

Complete payment must be recieved by our office prior to your event. This can be done via direct deposit or EFTPOS facilities at our showroom. Cheques and all payments must be delivered to our account and cleared before stock will be released. Our account details can be found on your invoice or quote provided.

Set up fees

Yes, set up fees do apply however some of our items can be collected and set up by you (Some restrictions do apply).

Collection/ Return of goods

Some of our items are able to be set up by you in which a pre-arranged collection and return time will need to be arranged with the Out of the Blue Events team. A bond amount, depending on the vloume of stock is required and will be returned once all hire goods are returned to our office at the designated time and pass inspection.

Terms and Conditions

Damages/Stock Concerns

All damages and stock concerns must be reported immediately to Renai on 0418196883. Failing to do so may mean loss of income and this loss will be charged directly to you. All damages must be paid for directly by you and this will be notified to you on inspection of goods and after a replacement charge has been determined.
